THE BRONZEVILLE FILM FESTIVAL
Submitting Your Film
Thank you for your interest in submitting your film to the BRONZEVILLE FILM FESTIVAL (BFF).
Important dates to remember:
Open for Submissions December 2, 2009
Early Bird Deadline is February 1, 2010
Regular Deadline is April 20, 2010
Each film or video production must be an original work produced and directed by the submitter of this film. BFF will not be held accountable for licensing and copyright infringement. The Festival strongly suggests the use of talent release forms for all identifiable performers, and requires a filmmaker and/or any
sponsoring teacher signature regarding
copyrighted material with each application.
Films must be submitted on DVD (please test before sending) and be available for screening DVD. View category requirements and submission guidelines.
You will receive a notification e-mail in early April regarding the status of your submission.

Please be sure to visit the Bronzeville Cultural Festival website at www.bronzefest.com. All rights to films submitted will remain the property of the filmmaker(s).
Films must be available for screening during the Bronzeville Film Festival, June 17 – 18.

How to Submit Your Film
Entry Fee:
Each entry must be accompanied by the appropriate entry fee. Entry fees are not refundable. These fees may be money order, traveler's check, American Express, Visa, or Mastercard. (all the above made payable in US Dollars to THIRD WORLD PRESS FOUNDATION.
Multiple Entries:
You may submit more than one film or music video, but each one must be on a separate DVD and must be accompanied by its own completed submission form and entry fee.
Format:
Preview copy must be submitted on DVD.
